Impedance Matching Devices Fast Ethernet IBM Type 1 (150 ohm) to Type 3 (105 ohm) UTP (Functionally equivalent to AMP P/N 558420-1) Converts a four position data connector to RJ-45 (female.) Converts the impedance of IBM Type 1 (150 ohm) shielded cable to Type 3 (105 ohm) UTP. Matching the impedance allows use of shielded Type 1 cabling for your LAN without installing additional 105 ohm UTP.
